Camp wear pick up is Wednesday, July 2nd at Horse Fair Park Pavilion from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

The following are the parade drop off instructions that have been provided for us by the 4th of July Committee. Please read carefully as it has drastically changed.

Parade Drop Off
ALL entrants not arriving in an actual parade vehicle MUST be dropped off at Actown off of Highview Road. There will be NO exceptions to this new rule. Please have a conversation with everyone in your group planning on participating about this new rule. The new drop off procedure allows for a pedestrian walkway between Actown and Highview to the Intermatic lot. Please stage a responsible representative from your group in the Actown lot to monitor the groups walking over to the parade line up. There will be a port-o-potty available.

There will be parade volunteers (white t-shirts with red letters) and committee members (blue t-shirts) ready to direct you to the area you need to go. Please be patient as many are kids that have offered to help.

The traffic pattern on Winn Road south of Main Street will be as follows:
· Southbound traffic will either turn left onto Highview or right into the Intermatic south lot (parade vehicles ONLY), or straight to Route 12.
· There will be NO northbound traffic allowed past Westward.
· It is recommended parents turn onto Highview to drop off the entrants (or park somewhere on the side of the road on Highview out of the way of through traffic to get out and freshen up the outfits, drop off supplies, etc.
· All vehicles will be directed to exit southbound onto Westward (or if you know the back way to Finch).

Road Closings/Times
Please note the above mentioned drop off activities will start at approximately 10:30. Spring Grove Police will have barricades blocking Winn Road near Highview, just north of the new Actown driveway, and at the Winn and Main intersection. Blivin, Winn, and Main Street (west of Winn impacting Clark and Solon Roads) will close at approximately 11:15 and will not reopen until approximately 1:15 (the end of the parade).

Please drop off your child in the Actown parking lot around 11:00. We will have a representative of SLC at Actown with a sign for you to drop off your child. Once we have a group together, we will walk them over to the Intermatic parking lot to line up.

Also, if you would like to bring a bag of candy to throw, please do so. Do not bring any chocolate as it melts.

We can always use a few parents to walk along with us or help at line-up. Please let us know if you are interested in helping.
